Emma Cline is an up and coming leader in the Baltimore real estate market. She’s worn many hats within the business, ranging from marketing coordinator, transaction manager, director of operations, offer writer, social media mastermind, negotiator, trainer, client concierge, and all-around success manager. From negotiating a tough deal down to the last minute before closing to waiting for the HVAC man in a nearly-freezing house, there’s not much she won’t do to ensure her clients have a positive home buying or selling experience.
Emma’s real estate background began as Office Manager of a real estate marketing company in Raleigh, NC, where she picked up tips and tricks for marketing homes to get them under contract quickly. A few months after moving to Baltimore, she joined a top producing real estate team as the Director of Operations, where she skillfully helped lead the team of agents by creating high level policies and procedures, systems for efficiency and clarity, and training programs. Emma brings an extensive range of skills to the table for all of her clients. She uses those skills to ensure her clients maintain happiness, confidence, and understanding throughout their transactions.
Outside of work, Emma is focused on service to her community and the people she loves. She strives to positively impact people’s lives through her community involvement. When not focusing on self-improvement, Emma is also extremely passionate about naps, breakfast food, fluffy dogs, and her partners and chosen family. She loves keeping her clients up to date on what’s going on in Baltimore. She’s always interested in showing you the best place in town to get a burger or telling you about the festivals and events endlessly occurring in our beautiful city.
